MADE51 connects refugee artisans with international markets. With the launch of the online marketplace, for the first time ever, customers can now shop the beautifully handcrafted range of MADE51 home décor, jewellery and accessories on one dedicated platform.
MADE51 and the new online store offer refugee artisans an opportunity to earn an income and in doing so, establish their independence and regain a sense of dignity. It is a way for refugees to sustain artistic traditions and preserve their culture, to participate in the global economy and to add value to their host communities. Each MADE51 product represents resilience, hard work, and a common belief that a brighter path lies ahead. Every purchase helps displaced people to not just survive, but thrive.
